The City they say...

Before coming to Bangalore I had heard so much about this place. People used to go crazy when they talked about it.My friends are also huge fans of it. But they are nowhere around to be asked how they feel about the place now. Everyone is busy in his own work. The city rather cities ate them all.
Big cities have a charm no doubt with the ease of getting everything but I guess Flipkart, Amazon and Myntra have brought the big cities to our doorsteps. So still why this huge rush!
Ya the "nightlife" we talk about that these cities bring in. But dancing in the huge crowd of unknowns, filling ourselves up with all that nicotine, 47-63% ABV, making singular as well as concentric circles with the smoke engulfed in with the pipes held in our hands posing like a pro as if third or fourth person sitting from us will be impressed and will sponsor us or the least will be amazed by our act so much with a smile that would last for what say 10 seconds I guess!
But those 10 seconds can put you out so much that the next one hour leads to the washroom puking your organs out, coughing and blasting your lungs and then spins the head and then there you are lying on your own vomit. Yucks no! What a waste!
Then bon-nuit my friend for the next 12 hours.
And this is what we call a nightlife of big cities.
Ya these places do have some good sight-seeing hangouts but all at a distance of 120 kms and above but my dear friend then we can't say that these places are under the city's range.
By now I must sound like anti-citi-zen spirit but trust me or not I am not. Afterall my job is here. I am earning here big time to fulfill what all things I yearn for. Bangalore has given me work. I owe to this place alot. The people here are really warm-hearted and open to help at every step to all newcomers.
Still something is missing in me. I have lost the spark. This is not home to me. I could have worked and earned the same at any other place in north too like Gurgaon or Noida or Delhi but yeah again they are cities too. But even if they are then at least they are near home so why to be this far.
Just a thought : Don't do something to fulfill your necessities, do what makes you happy and what fills you with a zeal.
I am still working to turn the tides but those who are still the glaciers sloping down to make their way, try to follow your passion even if it takes to flow against the tides.
If possible create a new tributary on your own like I am trying to make ;)
